Oh man, what a time the SAFTAs weekend was ! SAFTAs and Bosman Wines partnered up to be the main wine sponsor for the whole weekend for selected guests to engage in tastings at all the activities that were happening in and around the Awards Show.
On the Friday evening, it was full of excitement at the beach party at The Valley of the Waves. Bosman Wines created quite the buzz, where attendees came in droves to the stand to hear more about the different wines we had on offer, & naturally the most popular, latest and freshest addition, Nero.
Saturday night after the awards ceremony was quite the prestigious one, where Nero had access inside the VVIP where only the delegates and our Honourable MEC could indulge in our red wine.
I have recently partnered with a risk solutions company & insurance intermediary called Kunene Makopo Risk Solutions (KMRS). Together as a team, we partnered with the SAFTAs, MaidWhiz Cleaning Service and we sponsored two of the biggest categories at the awards ceremony, Best Actor & Best Actress in a Telenovela.
The night saw the amazing Presley Chweneyagae (Oscar Winner for Tsotsi ) & Moshidi Motshegwa (Iconic actress) take the SAFTA Horns. We sponsored each of the winners a R50 000 cash prize and a complementary year’s cover with the new product called the IMBEWU Stok-Vest Cover
Both our winners came into KMRS headquarters to do their signings of the IMBEWU Stok-Vest Cover and were awarded their big cheques !
March 21st, we hosted a luncheon for both Presley & Moshidi to celebrate this fantastic achievement and enjoy the best cuisine from J Something’s restaurant, SOMETHING’S COOKING in Menlyn, Pretoria dlouhy doors inc. Joining us were two lucky winners, from a competition KMRS had run on their social media platforms, to win a seat at the table with their favourite actor & actress. Special thanks to J Something and his wonderful establishment for their generosity and warm hospitality.
It is with great anticipation that we await the official launch of the IMBEWU Stok-Vest Cover from Kunene Makopo !
